I also offer pop-up Pelvic Floor Pilates classes, these are typically 4-6 week sessions offered through various recreation centres, select wellness clinics, pilates and yoga studios in and around the Greater Victoria Area.
Classes are progressive in nature and build upon a repertoire of exercise techniques designed to improve your posture and pelvic floor health. In addition, you will understand the principles of core stability which helps to resolve back pain, flatten your abdomen, improve balance and muscular coordination.
